We are looking for an experienced Camunda Developer / BPM Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, business process management, and enterprise application development using Camunda BPM.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable workflow solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement BPM workflows using Camunda BPM
Create BPMN and DMN process models based on business requirements
Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams for process automation
Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and process-related issues
Optimize existing BPM solutions for performance and scalability
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
Required Qualifications:
5–8 years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM platform
Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Good understanding of BPMN and workflow automation concepts
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud platform exposure is a plus
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications
