Telecaller Executive (2+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive with 2+ years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Generate and follow up on leads for sales or services
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/data regularly
  • Explain company products and services clearly to clients
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth communication
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude and positive behavior

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Experience in IT, real estate, or service-based industries (preferred)
