Telecaller Executive (2+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive with 2+ years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate and follow up on leads for sales or services
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data regularly
- Explain company products and services clearly to clients
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth communication
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and positive behavior
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Experience in IT, real estate, or service-based industries (preferred)
