We are hiring a Manager – Paint Protection Film (PPF) with strong expertise in sales, marketing, dealer management, and technical understanding of Paint Protection Film products and applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the automotive detailing industry along with strong business development and partner management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for PPF products and services
Build partnerships with detailing studios, car dealerships, and automotive accessory centers
Manage dealer and distributor networks for PPF solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned regions
Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and closure of high-value business deals
Conduct onboarding, training, and performance management for channel partners
Provide technical guidance on PPF materials, film layering, and installation measurements
Support clients and technicians with troubleshooting and product-related queries
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Collaborate with marketing teams for brochures, demo videos, and digital content creation
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management teams
Required Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF) sales and marketing
Strong understanding of PPF products, film types, layering techniques, and application processes
Experience working with automotive detailing studios, dealers, and distributors
Strong dealer network development and channel management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with automotive detailing products and solutions
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Engineering background preferred, especially in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with premium automotive brands and detailing partners
Strong technical understanding of installation measurements and cutting precision
Exposure to automotive exhibitions and promotional events will be an added advantage
