UI / UX Designer

We are hiring a UI / UX Designer with strong expertise in product design, user experience, and modern interface development for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Figma, design systems, and creating developer-ready UI designs for React.js and React Native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
Collaborate closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
Design responsive and accessibility-focused interfaces for government and SaaS platforms
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design improvement activities
Maintain component libraries, typography systems, and design tokens
Ensure consistency across dashboards, mobile applications, and portal interfaces
Participate in sprint reviews and iterative design discussions

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in product UI/UX design
Strong expertise in Figma including auto-layout, prototyping, and component systems
Good understanding of React.js component-based design principles
Experience designing interfaces for mobile and web applications
Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines
Ability to prepare developer-ready design handoffs
Strong visual design skills including typography, layouts, spacing, and colour systems
Experience working collaboratively with engineering and product teams

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or frontend design systems
Knowledge of government portal design standards and accessibility patterns
Exposure to motion design, animations, or Lottie integrations
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
