Full-Stack Developer

We are hiring Full-Stack Developers to work on government projects and SaaS product platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in frontend and backend development along with hands-on experience in React.js and Python-based API development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS
Build RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI with proper validation and authentication
Work with PostgreSQL databases including queries, migrations, and indexing
Write unit tests and integration tests for frontend and backend modules
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
Follow Git workflows, pull request processes, and version control practices
Collaborate with UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs
Support production debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
Work closely with Tech Leads and engineering teams for project delivery

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of professional or internship experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ concepts and React.js fundamentals
Hands-on experience with React hooks, routing, and component-based architecture
Experience building backend APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Good understanding of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
Familiarity with Git branching, merging, and pull request workflows
Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication concepts
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or IT from a recognized institution

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SQLAlchemy ORM, Alembic migrations, or async Python programming
Exposure to Docker and containerized development environments
Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or task queue systems
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as pytest or React Testing Library
Basic cloud exposure on AWS or equivalent platforms
Experience with React Native or mobile development will be an added advantage
