Fintech Lead

We are hiring a Fintech Lead with strong expertise in fintech platforms, financial systems architecture, compliance frameworks, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable fintech solutions and leading technical teams in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of fintech platforms and enterprise financial systems
Architect scalable and secure solutions for payment processing and money movement
Manage integrations with BaaS platforms, third-party APIs, and financial services
Ensure compliance with SOC 2, KYC/KYB, AML, and security standards
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for solution delivery
Drive technical architecture decisions and system optimization initiatives
Lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and ensure project execution
Analyze and improve underwriting, transaction processing, and financial workflows
Support deployment, monitoring, and operational stability of fintech applications

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in fintech or financial technology systems
Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, underwriting, and compliance processes
Experience with BaaS integrations and payment systems
Expertise in API architecture and enterprise integrations
Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud platforms
Experience leading technical teams and enterprise projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with digital banking or payment gateway platforms
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks will be an added advantage
