Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills along with experience in the Indian Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation
Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for project execution
Conduct requirement discussions and support client communication
Analyze existing processes and recommend business improvements
Assist in UAT testing and validation activities
Maintain project documentation and status reports
Ensure timely delivery of project requirements and business solutions

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in the Indian Healthcare domain is mandatory
Proficiency in Hindi communication is mandatory
Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
Good understanding of business analysis methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to healthcare applications and workflows
Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis is preferred
Experience working on enterprise-level projects will be an added advantage
