Senior Business Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the Indian Healthcare domain and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should have expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional documentation
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and project managers
Analyze existing healthcare processes and recommend improvements
Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement discussions
Support project planning, implementation, and UAT activities
Ensure timely delivery of business solutions aligned with client expectations
Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in the Indian Healthcare domain is mandatory
Proficiency in Hindi communication is mandatory
Expertise in requirement gathering and business process analysis
Experience in preparing functional and business documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience with healthcare applications and workflows
Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools will be an added advantage
Exposure to digital transformation or healthcare IT projects preferred
