Senior Tester

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tester with strong expertise in manual and functional testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test planning, defect management, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual, functional, regression, and integration testing
Prepare and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
Validate business requirements and application functionality
Participate in sprint planning and Agile testing activities
Ensure software quality and compliance with project requirements
Prepare testing reports and maintain test documentation

Required Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in software testing
Strong expertise in manual and functional testing
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple testing activities and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automation testing will be an added advantage
Knowledge of API testing and database validation preferred
Exposure to enterprise application testing environments is beneficial
